Rice Flour Cream [VEGAN]

90grams Rice Flour
90grams Sugar
3 ½ cups Soymilk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Add rice flour and ½ cup soymilk together and mix in a bowl.
In a saucepan add rest of soymilk and the sugar.
Slowly bring to the boil.
Drop heating back to low.
Add flour mix to saucepan and gently heat for 15 minutes, stirring as much as possible.
Add vanilla essence 1 minute before 15 minutes is up.
